What are the terms and conditions for joining our panel of "everyday experts" today	Let your voice be heard! In addition to having your voice speak for thousands and a say in how products, services, and advertising are shaped, for each survey you complete a mythoughtsmatter survey you are typically eligible for one or multiple random draws for cash prizes. You can sign-up to our Internet online web panel simply by answering these few questions below and hitting the "submit" button at the bottom of the sign-up page. After you have signed up and when there is a web-based survey we would like to offer you to complete, we will send you an invitation and link to the survey via e-mail. Please note that while we thank all who take the time to sign-up with us at mythoughtsmatter, you may or may not qualify for any given number of surveys that we put to field. Mythoughtsmatter is under no obligation to send survey invitations to respondents. Respondents can be assured that at no time will a respondent be asked to pay for their membership with Mythoughtsmatter. Respondents participate completely voluntarily and are also under no obligation to complete any particular survey they receive an invitation for.
I heard about this panel from a friend. How do I sign-up?	It is easy. Just click on the "Sign-up" button above and answer a few questions with us to register your profile.
What does participating in the panel do for me?	In addition to having your voice speak for thousands of others and having a say in how products, services, policy, and advertising is shaped, for each survey you complete you are typically eligible for one or multiple draws for cash or prizes. Cash prizes vary in size, and are generally between $100 and $500 per survey depending on the survey. For some surveys, we may also offer individual cash or other incentives for each completed survey. When we e-mail you an invitation to participate in a particular survey, we will let you know exactly what the reward or incentive is for that particular survey.
What does panel participation involve?	It is very simple. After you are signed up with us, you simply wait for us to contact you with survey invitations from time to time by email. Surveys generally take between 5 and 15 minutes to click through. Participation in a survey is always voluntary, although we ask that you participate if you are able to do so, preferably within a 48 hour period from receiving the invitation.
Can I withdraw from the panel?	Of course. if you wish to withdraw completely from the panel (i.e. to not be sent invitations to participate), simply send us an e-mail from the email address that we have on file (i.e. use the email address you used when you signed up) to mythoughtsmatter1@prophis.com with the word "remove" in the subject line without the quotation marks and your name and the e-mail address where you receive survey invitations in the body of the message. We will remove your name from our database within 48 hours.
What about confidentiality and privacy?	The answer is "yes" to confidentiality and privacy The research company Prophis Research owns and manages mythoughtsmatter. It also maintains and is responsible to make sure that any information you give is kept confidential. If you have a specific privacy question or request, please provide details to surveyhelp@prophis.com and someone will assist you.
I have never heard of "mythoughtsmatter" before. Is this affiliated with some research company?	Yes, we are fully owned and managed by Prophis Research and Consulting, Inc. of Vancouver, which is a marketing research company. Prophis follows standards and practices for marketing research by the marketing research professional standards bodies MRIA, the MRA, and ESOMAR.
How are winners notified?	Draws take place at the conclusion of fielding, which may vary in length from survey to survey. Draw winners are contacted directly.
